How do I find volume data / number of billed claims across providers?

If you're looking for the number of visits (volume) associated with a given NPI or CPT code, this data is not available within our standard Signal package.

What Signal Contains

Signal is a price transparency tool that provides negotiated and contracted rates across providers. It does not include volume or utilization data such as the number of visits billed for a specific NPI or CPT code.

Where to Find Visit Volume Data

Visit volume data is available through our separate claims database, which includes:

• Volume and utilization metrics by NPI or CPT code

• The ability to set up custom dashboards tailored to your needs

Please note that the claims database is a separate product and is not included in the standard Signal package.
