Where can I find Medicare rates?

Serif Health uses various CMS baseline schedules (e.g., OPPS, PFS, Lab, Drug, ASP, Anesthesia, ASC, etc.) schedules to baseline rates as a percentage of CMS.

For OPPS, values are national payment amounts. For PFS, a MAC is selected by mapping each NPI in the npi_list to a MAC; the most common MAC value is used for the lookup table. If no NPIs are present or a MAC cannot be mapped, the PFS national payment amount value is used.
