Why can I not see a given plan or network for a given payer?


Our general perspective here is to provide the largest network (e.g., typically the PPO) for a given payer as it generally has all the rates info available for all providers the carrier contracts with. If you want to compare to other variants, what changes typically is the list of providers in-network but not their rates. In other words, if you look at the same provider across UHC Choice Plus, UHC Select Plus, UHC Navigate Balanced, their rates do not change. 


However, if you see that a payer is missing or you know from experience that a payer offers tiered fee schedules by line of business / product, then we would be happy to expose the additional data to you.
