Data availability depends on the type of drug (e.g., non-retail / medical vs. retail / Rx):

• Non-retail drugs (e.g., infusion J-codes) -- currently included
  • Compliance deadline to post was July 2022
  • By mid 2023, most payers complied
• Retail drugs (e.g., NDC codes) -- not currently included -- see below:
  • Compliance deadline originally was July 2022 alongside non-retail drugs
  • Compliance deadline deferred indefinitely with CMS still needing to provide official technical guidance to PBMs
  • Some payers began complying earlier (e.g., United Healthcare)
  • Others complied with January 2024 deadline (e.g., Optum Rx)
